    Delicious! Several steps but easy to follow. Made it 4 times already. Wrapped w acetate to transport as it wasn’t completely set. Gave as a gift.

    This cheesecake was delicious. It is time consuming but not difficult. I made it as a gift to my husband who adores the version from a restaurant and he was blown away! Cant wait to share it with family.

    Made this today. A lot of butter came out of the crust. Not sure if I need to look into a new pan. Also I was not paying attention when I was cooking the custard and I let it cool too far.

    Okay, I made it today. I gotta tell you, it was a LOT OF WORK! It’s in the fridge cooling, so I can’t tell you how it tastes yet. Absolutely fabulous!

    I made this, but did not add the banana extract. I find it tastes too fake. It still turned out wonderfully.

    Waaaaay to sweet and artificial tasting, i would make sure to use ripe bananas and half the banana flavor
